So this is pretty much another post about recycling. After my found object project in 3D class, The City Light, I started to paint glass bottles. I painted a snowman on one and gave it to my grandma for Christmas. Now, for the summer, I paint beach scenes, flowers, and even patterns on wine bottles. They make great last minute gifts and its also a good way to make a quick buck.
I also added string lights inside of the bottles so that they can be used as a nightlight. Its great for a child’s bedroom, or if you have guests over for dinner as a center piece. You don’t even have to use wine bottles. It can be any kind of glass bottle. You can also make it a fun craft to do at birthday parties because its cheap and all you have to buy is the paint. Its honestly up to you just have fun with it!
