Last weekend, I went to the Purrfect Mugs Cat Cafe in Plains, Pennsylvania. I decided to bring my camera because I wanted to take pictures of cute cats.

When editing these photos, I played around with both color and black and white. Since I’m taking Advanced Black & White Photography this semester, I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and take more photos in black & white. Whenever I edit my photos, I never think to edit them in B&,W so it’s a new habit I want to create.

Then, I wanted to play around more with Photoshop because it is something I am still learning. I wanted to learn more about the artsy side of Photoshop, so I tried the spot color effect in the cat’s eyes.

If you want to have a tasty drink and see some cute cats, I would definitely recommend going to Purrfect Mugs Cat Cafe.
