Senior Spotlight: Jocelyn Hittle

As the season starts to change and the weather transitions into spring, Marywood seniors inch closer to the day they have all been waiting for, Graduation day. There’s something exciting about the first grad session of the season and Jocelyn’s photoshoot was the perfect way to start.

Before our session started, I let her have total creative freedom for location and inspiration for her shoot. When the day of our shoot arrived, we captured a variety of photos that reflected her personality and time at Marywood. Our main location was the rotunda in the liberal art center, and it’s beautiful artwork and architecture added a timeless feel to her photos. One special aspect the rotunda gave us was the ethereal religious art work. Jocelyn is a theater and religious studies major so the mesmerizing murals tied in perfectly to who she is.

We then made our way to some empty classrooms in the liberal arts center and got creative with using a chalkboard to highlight her academic journey and her graduation year. It was especially meaningful to celebrate this milestone knowing that Jocelyn will continue with her education at Villanova university, and that we were able to capture a few pictures that reflected that as well.

Jocelyn was an amazing client to start the season with and I’m so excited to see where her journey takes her. I’m also looking forwards for more sessions to come. If you or someone you know is interested in booking a session with me, please reach me on my Instagram link to below!
