Every year due to my passion for Halloween, I work at my local Spirit Halloween store. This will be my forth season with the company and my second as an Assistant Manager. With that said, over the years, even prior to working with the company, I grew to appreciate Spirit Halloween as a company and what they have to offer.

Original Products:

Besides Spirit Halloween‘s emphasis on excellent customer support and ongoing support for children’s hospitals through Spirit of Children, I mainly want to discuss how I appreciate Spirit Halloween for the creativity and originality in their products. The vast majority of Spirit Halloween’s products are conceptualized and designed “in-house” by their art and design team. Moreover, the displays that showcase the animatronics and “reanimate” the store are totally created by their ISE (in-store-experience) team.

Original Animatronics and Characters:

Without a doubt, my favorite products offered at Spirit are their animatronics. What makes their animatronics stand out amongst the crowd of the ever-growing competition in the Halloween industry is, of course, their originality. Besides the licensed animatronics, each animatronic is an original, unique character. Rather than the feeling of just buying a product, I am given the sense that I am buying something much more whenever I purchase and unique animatronic from Spirit. The originality in the animatronics generates a sense of character and personality. Also, Spirit reinforces this idea by including a backstory for each animatronic on their boxes.
