Winter Side Projects

Winter break is almost over but I’ve had time to do a few small projects. This one (shown below) was a small commission by a friend of my mom. She wanted me to paint a small glass snowman. She already had the glass sculpture and just wanted me to do something with it. Acrylic paint is my favorite when it comes to painting because it dries so quickly. So I painted a face on it and added a scarf.
It was just a small project but I really love to do them because it keeps me busy on my days off. I have a few more things I wanted to work on over break but I’m not sure I will get to them before school starts. The project I want to work on next might not turn out well but I’m very excited to try it out. Hopefully if it turns out well I can share it in a post!
