Vision Boards!

Hello friends! I hope everyone is having a great week and getting back into the swing of things after spring break! Today I thought we’d talk about vision boards! For those of you who have never heard of a vision board, it’s a collage made up of words, images, quotes, and affirmations to help people manifest their goals and dreams. This can be done physically or digitally! I prefer the physical method. To start, I get a large piece of thicker paper such as poster board, bristol, or cardstock. I gather magazines, newspaper, stickers, and other scrapbook/collage materials. I then pick out which items stand out to me for the theme of my vision board. Themes can range from goals for the new year, dreams you want to achieve in your lifetime, ideas or concepts that are important to you, or just simply day to day plans!

In this vision board, I decided to base it off of what I want the next year of my life to look like. I added a couple affirmations and quotes such as: “good things are coming”, “choose kindness”, “good times”, “be good do good”, “are your excuses more important than your dreams”, “dream”, and “if not now then when”. The last quote, “if not now then when” is one I’ve been really trying to live by recently. I also added magazine images of animals, instruments, arts and crafts, and fun things to do with friends.

Overall, vision boards are a great way to be creative and stay organized. They can also act as a way to keep you inspired and always striving to meet your goals. I strongly suggest making one!

That’s all for today, friends! I hope you enjoyed reading!
