ArtFight has officially started!

As mentioned in my last post, during the month of July 2025, there’s an online art trading event called ArtFight. I’m personally participating, representing Team Crystals!

So far, I’ve only completed two attacks, and I’m currently working on a third.

This was the first attack that I did for this year! The original character belongs to the user SpilledMalk. I really enjoyed their original design, and I made sure to include many important elements when drawing the character, especially the brooch.

Here’s the second attack that I did. I struggled a bit when drawing this character belonging to Wiskerr23. I found it a bit difficult because of how similar her entire color palette is. Because of this, I rendered the piece in grayscale to get different values within the work in order to make it more visually interesting.

And finally, here’s the one I’m still working on. This character belongs to my friend Nori, or _AnInsaneRaccoon_. I plan to have this one finished and uploaded to ArtFight extremely soon!

Overall, I highly recommend you participate in ArtFight! It’s super fun, and it helps get you out of your comfort zone by drawing other people’s characters!
