Hello, another class I am currently enrolled in during my 3rd fall semester is Advance Drawing. I am an Illustration major at Marywood University and most of my classes are within the Marywood University Art Department. That said, being well into my college career I am undertaking upper level art classes! Advance Drawing is considered a level 400 class, and is usually only offered to upperclassmen; like myself.
About Advance Drawing Class:
On the contrary to lower level drawing classes, most of my work is completed outside of class. With the other classes, we would spend various hours within the classroom drawing. I enjoy the flexibility and freedom that comes with Advance Drawing. It allows me to complete my work at my best convenience. Furthermore, I have more freedom with the materials, time-frame, and resources for my projects.
First Project:
For our first project, were are assigned to draw a landscape. The drawing had to be done within 3-5 different pieces of paper; then put together panoramic style. We had complete freedom of materials and location for our landscape.

The Pond Landscape:
- Local pond within my neighborhood that I visited on multiple occasions throughout my life.
- Materials:
- Pencils
- Watercolor paint
- Chalk Pastels
- Watercolor paper
- Panoramic drawing consisting of three pieces of paper.
WRAP UP:
Overall, I am pleased with the results of my first projects. I am excited for my future endeavors in Advance Drawing class.
- Stay Spooky, Santo š
