Hanover Dutch Festival

In Hanover, Pa, the 34th Annual Dutch Festival occurred last Saturday with a variety of handmade crafts, artist, food, and music. The festival was in part founded upon the strong Dutch heritage in Hanover.
Every year the square in Hanover is blocked off to celebrate with vendors and the community coming together. This year over 300 vendors filled the streets bringing the neighborhood out on a beautiful Saturday.

Some of my favorite artworks and crafts that I came across at the festival was a lot of repurposed art and metal art. One of the vendors, Lamps from the Attic, creates lamps with various objects such as doorknobs and my favorite, old cameras.

At other vendors’ stalls they were selling things like small unique coin purses, garden wire art, and teacup garden art.
