No matter what your major is, there is always a job waiting for you at the end of the road. What people may not know is that more and more job opportunities are available every day. One major that gets overlooked a lot is Painting. There are just as many job opportunities for a painting major as there are for an art therapy major. It’s just a matter of knowing where to look. As a Marywood student, you have access to our Career Services office. In that office, there are people who are ready to help you find job listings where ever you are looking. Career Services is located on the second floor of the Learning Commons.
Along with the Career Services office, undergraduate students have their professors that can help. Both advisors and professors will gladly help students in their job search. It will also be helpful to find out what internships there are because those can easily turn into a paying job. You can find out about job internships regarding your major from your professor and advisors as well. Also, there are posters with job opportunities for each major posted all over campus. Once a student at Marywood asks for help, they will receive it in many different ways.
