With multiple classes, and a million assignments due through the week, its always good to have a piece of art you can come back to and keep you grounded. Setting aside a painting make progress on little by little, and carving out an hour of your busy day can be very beneficial to your mental health. This is something I’ve been doing more of these last few semesters. Since everything’s been so stressful this past year, having something I enjoy to chip away at really helps get my head straight. Here’s the piece I’m currently working on during my free time.
