A fun and healthy way to keep something on hand and feel positive is doing a mini-collage known as poetry gem.

It is only one to three words (depending on font size), that are placed on the bottom of clear crystals. Then, sealed with Mod Podge. You can also use smaller images or patterns for a background. They can take about to 15-30 minutes to make, and are about the size of a nickel!

I went with doing something spiritual for one and body positive image on another. I love making these! They are very easy to create, and are a great way to make small reminders for yourself that you can keep around the house.
