Welcome back!! Sadly as June is coming to an end, so is Summer Treats, but that just means you get to come back and see what I do next!

For the last additions, I decided on 2 more treats. It was definitely tough to just add 2 because there’s so many treats that I wanted to add, but I like the additions that I chose.

The first addition I added was a Drum Stick Cone.

Then this was the final result of the Drum Stick after adding some details to the cone. I think it turned out pretty good!

With the next addition, I added a classic Vanilla ice cream cone that has a chunky missing from a lick. I’m pretty surprised with how this turned out since Vanilla ice cream is pretty white. With that being said, the background felt pretty empty so I decided to paint the background too!

Finally I added some light pastel yellow and some shadows as the background. I think it added some nice contrast but also softness to the piece.

Overall I really enjoyed painting this piece and thank you for coming along for the journey too! I hope you come back to see what I have next for July!
