Hello everyone, I would like to let everyone know about a new gallery exhibit that is open in the Maslow Gallery in the Visual Arts Center. The show will be open from November 12 to December 20th. The show is being put together by two Marywood students Anna Pidgeon and Kaitlin Jensen.

The show is an experiment of recording the viewer reaction to objective and nonobjective art. The art on display is from the Maslow Collection, the artist Jasper Johns and photographers Hilla and Bernd Becher. Part of the goal for this show is to bring attention to the philosophical side of art to inform the exhibit. People visiting the exhibit can take a post it note that will be provided and answer questions about their association with the piece of art they are viewing. There will be a Gallery talk on November 20th about the exhibit.
