Hello loyal readers!

Awhile back, I had the opportunity to photograph a baby shower for a family that is very special to me, the Walkers! I’ve  been babysitting for their kids for almost a year now, so getting to be there to celebrate such a special moment for their family made this one extra meaningful for me. In the short time I’ve been babysitting for the expecting mother Winter, I’ve gotten to watch her daughter Adley grow so much, which makes it even more special to see her become a big sister. I already know Adley is going to be the sweetest big sister to her new baby brother or sister!

There’s something so sweet about getting to photograph a family you already know and appreciate, especially during a season as exciting as welcoming a new baby. From all of the little crafts and gifts to the laughter, love, and excitement throughout the day, this shower was filled with so many moments worth remembering and love to welcome the new baby. 

I’m so grateful they trusted me to capture these memories for them, and even more grateful that I got to be a small part of celebrating the baby before he/she arrived! 🤍
