I am continuing with my trend of ballpoint pen drawings. I am using the concept of caricatures, but in my own style. I am not making the figures overly distorted, just enough to make them look like bobbleheads. This is something I am enjoying and will be doing as many as I can. Below are a few of the drawings that I have done this week. Doing the hairstyle of the woman below was my favorite because of the line work involved to create the curls. This gave her hair some personality and I am going to do this more with future caricatures.
