As much as I enjoyed branching out and developing a beginning voice in aquatic scenery and sculpture, I also always love making things I know will be used day in day out. This is where it comes to some more of the standard dinnerware I made this semester both for sales and for home.
A mid sized bowl ideal for salads or even a tabletop decoration holding fruits.
Large platter with a decorative trout illustration (sold) and the top/bottom view of a set of dinner plates I made for home use.
A larger wine-type bottle with surface decoration to help pop the glazes. This bottle would be used as either a vase, decoration, or corked and used for drinks.
