Another great Christmas gift that goes with the mugs I showed last week are matching coasters!

These ceramic coasters are simple tiles I bought from Lowe’s in bulk! They are inexpensive and fun to draw on!

The first step is to use sharpies to draw the design you wish to make on them. After that, heat up your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your tiles in the oven as it’s warming up; and then leave them in for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and let the tiles start to cool down in the oven otherwise you might risk cracking them if you pull them out at their hottest temperature!

The next step after they’re fully baked and dry, I top the drawings lightly with clear top coat nail polish. I haven’t had a problem with any of the designs coming off after I used that, but again, lightly put it on so there’s no chance of it smearing.

Finally, once they are dry of course, they’re ready to be wrapped and given to friends and families! Merry Christmas and I hope you enjoyed these ideas and can use them for next year!
