Foundation year exhibition 2018

On Monday, October 22, I was very excited to attend the annual Foundation year exhibition. This show features students from 2017-2018 who took Foundation year classes, and it is the best work from basic drawing, painting, figure drawing, 2D, and 3D.

Walking around the gallery, everything was so mesmerizing and interesting to look at. So, of course, I stopped to take photos of some pieces to share with anyone who did not see the gallery yet. It is truly amazing and there is much more to see than what I have provided.

Along with the gallery, in the back there is a very large piece which was made by freshman Nate Michel. This was a private exhibition which was held at the same time as the regular Foundation exhibition. Needless to say, it still looked great.

Along with his piece of art, I included a write up Nathan did explaining the piece, which you can find here.
