Hi everyone! This is my final post as the art history blogger for Marywood’s Where Creativity Works blog. I just wanted to thank everyone who have taken the time to write such beautiful posts and everyone who has taken the time to read and support the writers. I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to write for Marywood! Having been able to write about art has allowed me to see the power of and beauty behind art; even in these trying times, art is always a comfort.

What I want to say to you all is what Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.”

And, finally, in the words of Henri Matisse, “creativity takes courage.” Don’t be afraid to try! And love art always!
