Motivate

Today’s post will be a little different than usual, but I will like to share with you what has been going on these past two weeks. I have been struggling to motivate myself to work in the art studio, in the beginning of this school year that was one of my goals. To work on my craft and begin to create my own style of work that represents me. However, with my busy schedule I have hit a creative block. I go to class physically and mentally tired that a simple task is taking longer to complete.

Creative blocks are common but you have to get out of it if you want to achieve anything. Mark McGuinness said it best, “Creative block is your worst enemy, and it can come from almost anywhere. We look at how to treat the problem areas, and get your ideas moving.”

With that in mind I took this evening to figure out where is my time going during the day. One of the ways that help me determine that was writing a day the day schedule. Therefore, I could tell where I spend most of my time and where I can cut back also where I could allow me time. where I would just take the time read or take a nap.

I’m hoping this week will be a little different and I have to stick to the schedule. By doing that help me I hope to see a raise in my studio performance available to finish my studio project.

Thanks for reading and allow me to share my feelings with you today,

Stay tuned for next week!
