The past few paintings I’ve done in my class have been a mixture of paper collages and actual canvas paintings. However, they have all been geometric. This has been difficult for me, working with a limited palette and straight lines. I’ve enjoyed it up until today when I had to do a portrait in this style which I always struggle with. I should probably do some geometric portrait sketches to get in some practice. Anyway I think I restarted the painting three times so I don’t have any finished product to show but I do have some images of my past assignments. So here ya go…
