An International Quarantine Printmaking Competition is underway. Will you take on the challenge?
Charles Beneke’s current project, Lockdown Prints, is a competition for students. Beneke is an art professor at The University of Akron Myers School of Art in Akron, Ohio. He is an artist and printmaker that addresses disruptive forces within closed systems ranging from the global to the personal.
Students from any institution may participate in the competition. The challenge is to develop an inventive new printmaking process using only what you have in your home. No traditional printmaking equipment or materials allowed.
