Senior Exhibition 2020

As a senior Art Student, I was looking forward to display my work along with my classmates in the Mahady Gallery. Once we all got the news that Marywood would be shut down due to the pandemic I was unsure of what would happen to the Senior Exhibition.

I am grateful to the Art Department at Marywood and their hard work they put into creating Marywood’s Senior Exhibition Catalog. The catalog displays each students talent so well.

The idea for the catalog came as a back up plan in case Marywood was not going to reopen for the rest of the spring semester. The catalog includes the work of Marywood’s Graphic Design, Illustration, Painting, Art Therapy, and Masters of Arts students. The catalog uses the design made by Harley LeBlanc, who’s design was used for this year’s Senior Exhibition invitations. Professor Chris Medley was able to reformat the design to work with the new catalog layout.

Both professors Chris Medley and John Meza were able to collect the art for the catalog by distributing a call for entries for all of the graduating art students. The catalog features work of all 31 graduating students and is a great way to display their talent.
