Meet Katherine!

Name: Katherine Bollinger 

Year: Class of 2022

Major: Graphic Design

I am majoring in Art because I want to be able to design and make art for a living

The kinds of things that inspire me are nature and paintings from other artists that I find on instagram.

My favorite class so far was ceramics but my graphic design classes this semester are up there too.

When I’m not in class I’m reading, cooking, or face-timing family.

When I graduate I will hopefully get a job in my field!

I’d recommend the Art program at Marywood because it’s very flexible: you can take a wide range of different fun art classes and they have great connections for students to see and participate in art-related activities outside the classroom.

The best spot to be on campus is the Learning Commons, perfectly placed in the middle of campus with a lot of comfy chairs.
