Tree Panorama

I took this panorama photo for one of my classes a while back, and thought it would be cool to share here. I really love this image so much, and I have been so proud of it because it is just so aesthetically pleasing to me. I used a Canon camera that one of my professors was kind enough to let me use to get this photo, which is why the quality is so nice and crisp. This is a panorama photo, which is a photo that has a wide range of view, and I was able to get this photo by compiling three separate images.

I first was walking around trying to find something that was big and cool-looking enough to use for this panorama assignment, and as soon as I saw this treehouse at the Nay Aug Park in Scranton, PA I knew it would be perfect. I absolutely love walking around this park because it is so beautiful and you can get a nice little workout in. After deciding which angle was best I set up my tripod in order to get the pictures as still as possible, and also to make sure the transition between each separate image was seamless. Once I had my images I went home and put the images into Photoshop, where Photoshop did it’s magic and made the three images into one long panorama. I am in love with how this picture came out and think it really captured the beauty of the trees and the park, especially during autumn when the leaves are vibrant. I also think the composition of this image was really nice too with the mountain sloping down in the background and would love to hear your thoughts!
