Since I have a little more time on my hands right now with summer break I love finding some fun little art projects to try out. One thing I love is seeing new art trends, projects, and ideas on social media. They’re always so fun and creative and make me want to try them out for myself. Recently I’ve been seeing this very cute and creative trend going around of making clay rings. They’re so colorful and unique and I’ve seen lots of people making these lately.
Below are some pictures of one of the accounts I came across with someone making these rings and some examples of their final products. The more swirled rainbow ones are my favorite. They’re so colorful!
I’ve also seen other projects with the clay such as making small jewelry dishes, small bowls, and beads for other jewelry projects. I loved the trend so much I ran out to my local craft store and picked up a few colors of the FIMO clay to play with. I can’t wait to experiment with it and see what I can make!
