This summer, I started going to trivia on Thursday nights at a place called Ventura’s in Fairfield. I go with my boyfriend and two friends, and together we make up a team of very diverse trivia knowledge. One of our friends from work hosts trivia, so there are other teams of people who also work with us and it becomes very competitive, which is a ton of fun! Thursday Night Trivia has become a weekly outing for us, which I think is pretty cool and also important to break up the work week and just have the opportunity to have a fun night out to look forward to every week.
I contribute to the team by answering all the questions that have to do with art and alcohol. Questions such as, “Who painted the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel?” or, “What flavor is Frangelico?” We all have our areas of strength that contribute to making up a pretty good team, and we almost always end up in the top three!
Want to test your trivia knowledge? Here’s a few questions from the past few weeks! (Google the answers to see if you were right!)
- Who was the first U.S. President to be born in a hospital?
- How many levels are there in Pac-man?
- Which cartoon character’s real name is “Norville Rogers”?
- What is the fourth letter in the Greek alphabet?
- What was Luke Skywalker’s original name in the script of Star Wars?
**FINAL QUESTION: Name three out of the six U.S. states that don’t sell lottery tickets.**
