There’s a bunch of fun things coming up here in the Marywood Art Department!

The 2018 Foundation Year Exhibition will coincide with the Nate Michael’s Internal Phases happening in the Kresge Gallery, located in the lobby of the Insalaco Center for Studio Arts.

This 2018 Foundation Year Exhibition features works in a variety of media by first year Marywood art students from 2017-2018.

Internal Phases, a sculptural work by Nate Michel, explores the concepts of human emotion, spirituality, and character development through form, surface, scale, and space.

The opening reception will be Monday, Oct 22, 2018 from 6-8pm for both exhibitions. Refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.

The exhibitions run Oct 18 – Nov 1, 2018.

Marywood’s Distinguished Visiting Artist lecture series is presenting a lecture by Matt Phillips. This event will take place Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 4 PM. The lecture will take place in the Insalaco Studio Arts Center, room 106.
