This week I sketched out some of the prints I will be making for the CMYK Club virtual First Friday show. The theme for the show is gardening and nature. The next step will be cutting out the linoleum and making the prints.

One of the prints will be of gardening gloves. This print will be fun to work with because I can approach the print as single color, multicolor, or I can try to work with shading. There is a lot of detail that I’m hoping to capture in the final print.

Another print I will be making is of some gardening tools. I think I still have to play around with the composition but this will also be a fun print to make. I’m excited to show you the final results!
