Now that we’re all moved in, I’m so excited for the upcoming school year! I love seeing my friends, meeting new people and learning new things!

One thing I love about Marywood is all the opportunities they offer for art students. There’s galleries on campus, artist talks, and there are bus trips to different museums. There’s many art clubs, including Art History club, CMYKlub, Zeta Omicron, and the Marywood University Student Art Therapy Association.

There’s also opportunities to submit your art to The Bayleaf, Marywood’s premiere journal of literature and art. You can also check out opportunities available with her HerCampus. Sometimes, different art clubs host galleries or shows. You can also work for The Wood Word, Marywood’s school paper, as a graphic designer or photographer.

You can also write for Where Creativity Works! There are currently two blogger positions open, Photography and Alumni Stories/ Jobs & Internships. Contact Sue Jenkins for more info!
