This week I finally got some wood so I can wood-burn but since I volunteered to help out with graduation, I had to wait til the weekend to wood-burn. Helping out with graduation was actually fun. We got Marywood shirts and were able to stay in the dorms until after graduation. I was nice to see the ceremonies, where I will be graduating in two years, and how it is all put together.

When I got home I had a lot of unpacking to do still from moving out of the dorms so I decided to make two small wood-burns, a cat and a bird. They are on small pieces of wood and did not take long. If I could wood-burn the whole day I would but I had too many things to do and after awhile my wrist starts to hurt from applying the tool onto the wood. Hopefully I can wood-burn bigger pieces this week.
