Everyday things inspire me to make a painting. I work quickly because I can’t focus on just one thing for very long. So I always have multiple paintings that I am working on at one time. I am a commuter so I spend a lot of time in the car and I get a lot of inspiration from colors, landscapes, shapes, people, etc. on my way to and from school. One idea kept passing through my mind for quite sometime so I decided it was finally time to apply it to a painting. I have been analyzing the colors and shapes that are present when you look through someone else’s car. I made a little sketch of the idea I had in mind and then started mixing up some colors.
