Recently I had the privilege of getting to go to the 2018 Senior Art Exhibition here at Marywood. And let me tell you, I was sure impressed!

All of the seniors here at Marywood are so talented. The most amazing part was how different everyone’s projects were.

Personally, as a designer, I was drawn to the graphic design pieces. Everyone was given the same challenge, yet everyone’s pieces came out differently. And they were all beautiful pieces too! I think that’s the most amazing thing about art.

Walking around the senior show was inspiring to me. Seeing all of the seniors’ pieces inspired me to work hard and do my best.

Part of me is always nervous about what the future holds. Sometimes I doubt myself and my work. But I’m sure those seniors were in my shoes at one point. And they were able to keep going and make it to their senior show.

If they could do it, then I can do it too!
