For this week’s post, I am taking a different direction! I simply want to take the time to say thank you and to show my appreciation. I’ve been writing for this blog since September of 2015, all because of the one and only Sue Jenkins! She invited me to write for the blog when I took her Computer Graphics I course. I was very excited yet nervous at the same time because I thought to myself, could I really do this? But, looking back at this point now, I see such an improvement and change not only in my post writing on this blog, but within myself as well. I gained more confidence when it comes to my writing but also with showing my own personal artwork as well, which was quite the struggle for me starting out. I could not be anymore thankful for this opportunity and truly love writing each and every week for this blog! So, thank you Sue, once more! And, thank you to everyone who takes the time to read our blog; it is definitely filled with such amazing stories and artists! I am beyond lucky to be surrounded by inspiring creative people here at Marywood University!
Thank YOU Tiffanymarie! It’s been such a delight to see you grow since you were my student during your freshman year. I’ve absolutely LOVED reading your posts each week, first when you served as Art History blogger and now as our weekly Art Education blogger. Your journey as an artist and future art educator is truly inspiring!
Thank you Sue for your kind words! I greatly appreciate them, I am truly thankful for my experiences not only with you but the other art professors as well!
