Hello lovelies! I hope everyone had a good week!

In my advanced graphics class I know we were busy creating our book about a collection of objects. The themes ranged from cars, guitars, dogs, playing cards, and cook books. Originally I had another idea, that i have been working on outside of class, however I decided to keep that under wraps for a bit longer. Which led me to the dilemma, what will I choose to be my collection…

Then the idea hit me when I was watching Harry Potter. Can you guess what it would be? Well, at one point Arthur Weasely asks Potter “Tell me, what exactly is the function of a rubber duck”. The idea hit me like a ton of bricks. This was going to be my idea, rubber ducks! It was the perfect comic relief I needed for my insane life, and at work I just took photographs of about 120 some ducks. It was PERFECT. I choose a square book shape because it stands out, and boiled down I love a nice square book. I made the choice to make it picture heavy. With a bit of duck facts. Over all I am pleased with the way it came out, and photos have to come later. Stay tuned for photos of the book!
