Hello Everyone! I’ve been enjoying the summer break from classes, and hope that you all are finding opportunities to enjoy art. I recently have been to my local library, and I picked up this Ed S. Brickler book titled “Making Art”.

I have not yet started any projects, but this book is full of great tips and inspiration for anyone with some free time on their hands this summer. Making art can sometimes be difficult, it’s hard to know where to start. I think that studying techniques and seeing what other people are making help break through art block. From colorful mediums to simple designs, this book looks a great start to an art filled experience.

This time, I recommend that you stretch your creative muscles and make some art! Go to your local library and see what it has to offer! Inspiration is out there, so go get inspired!
