In the Studio Exhibit

These past few weeks, I was lucky enough to be able to work on graphics for one of Marywood’s student exhibits titled In the Studio. This exhibit involves Screenprinting students and Advanced Painting students.

When I was asked to create the graphics for this exhibit, I was completely unsure of what I wanted to do. I have never created a flier like this, and had never created art that this many people were going to see, and were going to use for information. I knew I wanted something bold, but also simple. If you remember from my previous blog, I had just learned about Swiss Design. I felt as if this idea was perfect! I started working on some iterations, and it luckily came to me very easily.

I had a really good time creating this flier! It was fun to work on my skills and create something completely up to my discretion.

Here are the lists of the student names that I also created.

Thank you for reading! This show goes until November 13th, in Marywood’s Insalaco Center for Studio Arts. Make sure to stop by!
